Each year the Board of Studies, Teaching and Education Standards NSW and the Department of Education present ENCORE, a program of outstanding performances and compositions by students from the Higher School Certificate Music examinations, which is held annually at the Sydney Opera House. Students have to be nominated by the HSC examiners to present at this concert.

πΆ Music with a mission! β€οΈ Our talented students recently took to the streets to busk in support of the incredible work of the St Vincent de Paul Society (Vinnies). Through their performances, they not only shared their musical talents with the community but also helped raise awareness and funds for those experiencing hardship. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped to listen, donate and encourage our students. We are so proud of the compassion, generosity and community spirit they demonstrated. π Our Stage 5 Drama students recently enjoyed an inspiring excursion to GRIMM: Tales from the Brothers Grimm at the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre in Penrith. Presented by Shake & Stir Theatre Co., this bold and imaginative production brought classic fairy tales to life through innovative staging, dynamic physical theatre and stunning visual design. The experience gave students valuable insight into contemporary Australian theatre, creative storytelling and the many ways performance can captivate an audience.
