Swimming Carnival

It was a great day down at Granville Swim Centre on Friday 26 February with plenty of enthusiasm and  competitive attitudes on display.  From the novelty events to the war cries to the Championship races, team spirit shone through.

The overall winning house was Chisholm, followed closely by Campion, then MacKillop and Tierney!
Well done Chisholm and well done students on a great carnival!

๐Ÿ“šโœจ Year 12 English โ€“ Learning Beyond the Classroom Throughout the HSC English course, our Year 12 students have taken part in a range of inspiring excursions that brought their studies to life and boosted their exam prep. ๐ŸŽญ At the Richard III Symposium at the Seymour Centre, students explored Module A in depth and experienced the power of Shakespeare live on stage. ๐Ÿ“ They sharpened their skills at the English Teachers Associationโ€™s HSC Paper 2 Day โ€” diving into Modules A, B & C alongside students from across NSW. โœ๏ธ A creative writing workshop with author Will Kostakis provided fresh ideas and practical strategies for writing imaginative responses. ๐ŸŽฌ And to top it off, English Advanced students attended a gripping performance of 1984, enriching their understanding of the Common Module text. A big term of powerful learning and preparation! #Year12English #HSCReady #EnglishExcursions #RichardIII #WillKostakis #ETANSW #HSC2025 #InspiringLearning
