As a school we love and appreciate each other dearly. We make sure that even those who take a walk through our school feel the same too. Our teachers mean a lot to us as well. If unwell, leaving or have simply missed a class, a piece of our hearts is taken with them. We try our best as a school to ensure that love and the Delany Spirit is delivered to all.
APPRECIATION is a big word that means Gratitude and it is our duty as Delany students to show that we acknowledge the presence of those around us. The Patrician Spirit is a huge part of our idea of family. We are a family. Those who are here and those who have left are all part of the Delany family. Our Stage 6 Music students had the wonderful opportunity to experience Disney’s The Lion King live at the Capitol Theatre. 🦁🎭🎶 It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to see professional musicians and performers at work and to experience first hand how music, movement, staging and storytelling come together in a world class theatrical production. Experiences like this bring classroom learning to life and give our young musicians a chance to see where their own creativity, musicianship and performance skills can take them. A brilliant day of music, theatre and inspiration for our Stage 6 musicians! And, of course, there’s only one way to finish… Hakuna Matata! 🦁🌅

Action and Progress: Western Sydney Catholic Schools release 2026 Closing the Gap Report
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) has released its Closing the Gap Report 2026, detailing efforts to enhance educational equity, community engagement, and cultural capability across its 80 schools in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains.
