Art Express 2015

Delany's Year 11 and 12 Visual Arts students had the opportunity to visit two outstanding exhibitions on Friday the 6th of March.  First, we journeyed to the Armory at Newington on the Parramatta River to see the students' work that was selected for the 2014 Art Express exhibition.  Delany students were inspired to see the depth and range of resolve the works displayed.

From Homebush, we took the River Cat to Circular Quay, where we had lunch.  We then visited the the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA).  At MOCA we saw the artworks of famous portrait artist, Chuck Close.  Students were motivated to try his reduction printing technique.
