Thanks to all those who participated in and attended our Multicultural Day on Wednesday 22nd June. It was great to celebrate with the Community, taste the food from the many different cultures and hear the stories of those who travelled to this country from what sounds like another world to many of us who were born here in Australia.
The afternoon was a wonderful example of the Delany community spirit. Our students, led by Rachel Tuala, managed to put together an amazing afternoon of cultural diversity and celebration in food, clothing and performance.

She is prepared, organised and takes pride in her uniform and school community. π Our Stage 5 Drama students recently enjoyed an inspiring excursion to GRIMM: Tales from the Brothers Grimm at the Joan Sutherland Performing Arts Centre in Penrith. Presented by Shake & Stir Theatre Co., this bold and imaginative production brought classic fairy tales to life through innovative staging, dynamic physical theatre and stunning visual design. The experience gave students valuable insight into contemporary Australian theatre, creative storytelling and the many ways performance can captivate an audience.
